Congrats to our award winner Nathan Tito.

Mercedes-Benz Technicians, Team Leaders and Shop Foremen play a vital role in delivering service excellence to our customers.  Whether it's repairing a vehicle, maintaining it, or just helping a customer with a technical question, each task is instrumental in ensuring that the customer is delighted and that they remain loyal to the brand and your dealership.

Nathan Tito was also the recipient of this award in 2009.  Well done Nathan!!

Delivering excellence is not always easy and that applies to the role of a Mercedes-Benz Technician, Team Leader and Shop Foreman as well.  To recognize the passion and the commitment to CustomerOne which these individuals demonstrate everyday, MBUSA proudly offers the preC1sion Recognition program for Technicians, Team Leaders and Shop Foremen.  

The preC1sion program is a performance based rewards and recognition tool that utilizes Fixed First Visit (FFV-T) data and the Standards of Excellence (SOE) Certification Program training history to select and recognize those individuals who are the benchmark in service excellence, learning and development within the Mercedes-Benz dealer network.  Dealer Technicians, Team Leaders and Shop Foremen are highly specialized in their craft and this tool shows appreciation for their talents and efforts.
